Let a Grace Technology Agent quickly set up and configure your new printer — and even give you advice on how to keep it working smoothly going forward.
What Is Included:

• Answer any questions you have about printer features and functions
Product Features
As part of this service, an Agent will:
• Physically set up and configure networking settings for one (1) router.
• Complete ISP setup and connect router to modem.
• Update router firmware.
• Change router SSID.
• Change administrator user name and password.
• Enable wireless encryption on the wireless network.
Service does not include:
• Any computer repairs, trouble-shooting, etc.
• In addition, all computers and devices must be virus/malware-free and in good working order.

Diagnostic: $25
We perform a diagnostic on every computer so you know what repairs will be made in advance. If you decide not to have a system repaired, all that's owed is the diagnostic fee! If you proceed with the repair, this fee will be waived.
Clean Install (without backup)
We can restore your computer back to its factory settings by 'wiping it clean'. Files and programs will be lost.
Data Recovery
In depth data recovery for hard drives, CD's, DVDs, memory cards, etc. We have a very high rate of success! Due to the difficulty of the process, and the varying amount of data per customer, we cannot guarantee a specific time frame for completion of data recovery.
